Adobe Contribute CS3
If you watch this video, you'll see how easy it is to use Adobe Contribute CS3.
I really think this is the answer to most of my customer's requirements for maintaining their web sites. It's an easy to use solution and is quite affordable (about $170 USD).
I'll be creating some Contribute training of my own to show how you can work in this program using some of my templates.
