All of our digitally downloadable products (i.e. templates, images, etc.) are subject to an End User License Agreement. This agreement is supplied in each template package and will may include the following base agreement foundation. Where additional agreement terms apply, the unique template will list the additional conditions in the download section of the shopping cart.

to you (the "Purchaser") under the following terms and conditions.

The "Purchaser" is responsible to required to read and agree to the
terms and conditions of this product sale. Your use of this product indicates
your acceptance of the terms of this License Agreement. As the Purchaser
(the "Purchaser") of this product you are granted the following license:

APPROVED USE:

You may use all files provided in this package in one (1) single application
(i.e. in one web site only), free from copyright infringement, whether such
application is for free or for fee. Use of this product on more than one computer
is prohibited without prior written consent, except when necessary for the \
development of a single web site. To use this graphics/template package on more
than one web site, a second license agreement must be purchased.

IMAGES:

All imagery used in this template are royalty-free imagery products
which have been purchased for use in this template product. The
source image companies (the "Licensors") are listed in each
template product's READme file.

All image copyrights remain with the Licensors.

The Developer provides these images through a license agreement
with the Licensors. The Purchaser may not resell or reuse these images
for any other purpose than the use in this template product.

The imagery used in this template may have been altered to some degree
from the original image.

If the Purchaser requires these images for use in another website and/or
a document, they must contact the appropriate Licensor(s) for additional
licensing rights.

In addition, you must (a) indemnify and defend the Developer from and
against any claims or lawsuits, including attorneys' fees that arise from or
result from the licensing, use or distribution of Licensors' elements as
modified by you, and (b) include a valid copyright notice on your site(s)
that includes the Licensors' imagery.

TEMPLATE CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS:

Templates are not designed so that you can easily change the color scheme or
main design image unless SPECIFICALLY stated within the template preview. All
changes and modifications made by the end user are undertaken at the sole
risk of the buyer. If you feel you cannot safely make the necessary changes,
we offer custom services for an additional fee.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE:

Your template package may contain elements that rely on additional third-party
software that must be purchased separately in order for said element to be
modified or perform satisfactorily on your computer. Such notices are placed
within each preview. Elements which rely on such additional software may be
removed and not affect the overall performance of the template package.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

This template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed
or implied. Any and all modifications are at the sole risk of the user and we do
not guarantee the performance of any package which has been altered or
modified. You are responsible for adding or editing your website's content to the
template. Free technical support will be limited to problems specifically
associated with the each template such as the alignment of graphics. We do not
have the resources to offer free technical support on this template or any third
party software (i.e. FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Expresssions, PhotoShop, etc.).

BROWSER ISSUES:

We test our products in current browser releases but make no warranties that
template performance will be identical in older browsers. In addition, this
template product may perform differently as new browser versions are released.
The Developer makes no warranty of any kind to maintain this product as new
browser versions are released. Some knowledge about what will and will not
work in the various browsers is highly recommended.

RESTRICTIONS:

Our templates, style sheets, and images may not be resold, distributed, or
added to any type of collection either for free or for barter. They may not be
offered for download or use from any website nor placed online for promotional
purposes. Each template must be used as supplied for its original intended
purpose. This simply means you may not select images or code from the
templates or style sheets to add to another application. Purchasing a template
does not constitute ownership and does not give you the right to the graphics
outside of the intended purpose. Graphic copyright remains with the original
designer. The term "graphic" applies to all theme and template images such as
bullets, buttons, icons, images, etc.

If you are planning to use our templates to design a website for ANY commercial
entity, is required that you state clearly in advance (either on your website
or through your web design contract) that you will be using a pre-made
