Andrea Thomson is templateHAPPY... and in more ways than one.

Welcome! My name is Andrea Thomson and I'm the owner of TemplateHappy. I picked the name templateHAPPY because I really love what I do - designing is a passion as well as my business. And I believe that my customers should also be happy with the templates too!

We provide clean coded Dreamweaver templates, Expression Web templates (and FrontPage), and plain HTML / XHTML templates for webmasters who need a great design at an affordable cost.

It just made sense...

I started web development back in 1998 with my flagship company www.goldenpinecone.com. This is where I started, and continue, to do custom web development. I've always had a love for art - all things colourful actually - and naturally found myself working in a corporate environment (what?!). Well, I was pretty good at the "corporate" world but I never abandoned my love for art and when I was introduced to web development it all clicked.

In 1996, I was working with a high-tech firm called Creo Products and was asked to help manage a portion of their employee intranet. We were provided FrontPage as an html editor but I continued to add other web related tools to my repertoire: Dreamweaver, Photoshop and just about anything I could get my hands on. The intranet tasks were growing as fast as the company and within a few years, I had moved into the role of Intranet Manager. By 2003, I decided to leave so that I could spend more time wiht our three young children while also focusing more on my growing web development business. What started as small jobs here-and-there became too much to handle with my fulltime committments at Creo.
